I'm just trying to get through the tough times

I'm Jess, and this winter has been really hard on me personally. My depression is the worst it's ever been, and my therapist suggested intentionally creating a list for myself of things that make me hopeful. I did that privately for about a week after she suggested it, then forgot. Maybe the excitement of creating a new webbed site will keep me going longer??
